Veteran's Day Writing

I saw this cute Veteran's Day writing activity on Pinterest and decided to make my own. Before beginning we created a brain map whole group about Veteran's Day. We discussed the different branches of the military, different jobs soldiers have, and that a veteran is anyone that served in the military. I've asked our classroom parents that are Veteran's to come and share with the class. We're excited to honor them!
